AGT: Good show!

No taxes to worry about for a few years.

I asked questions thru chat line but no answers:

1. Do you have plans to pay out a certain percent of profit in dividends?

2. You said stock should reflect a range of $1.60-1.80 (undiluted), so are you saying the range should be reduced by about a third to be "fully diluted"?

If I get answers after the fact, I'll let you know.
