Thanks and if I read Jim's link correctly it looks like the minimum price needs to exceed 10 cents.....and then it also said 5 cents with some conditions but not to exceed a total
IPO of $2,000,000.

The question now is will the Canadian CPC's find IWS business
desireable enough to merge with? Thats what Newton is doing
now IMO shopping IWS for a suitor.

Some have expressed the view that this is a done deal already
and a dead sure cinch. I think the process has only begun
and if no deal is made RCCH/IWS will stay on the pinks.
