Do I follow other biotechs or other companies in other fields who have a going concern problem, answer is no. Thanks to you and many others on this board,we are well aware of the cash situation. However there are many others including hedge funds, venture capitalists, etc. who would just dump their shares and not chance that a deal/PIPE will occur. Add in the shorts, and IMO the supply of stk. for sale would cause the stk to plummet. Another question I have is there any restriction on listing by exchanges if an annual report contains the qualification.
