Those were programmed purchases, not exercises of discretion.
Do you suppose it coincidence that they happened to be the
same number of shares on the same day? It isn't--it reflects a factual matter,
the same number of shares were bought on the same day because
IT WAS SET UP TO HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY. You are saying they
bought because they had an opinion. That is flat out pump
and you cannot get away with it here. V and I take truth
seriously, please take your trash where it belongs (Y!).
