Hey turbo, sorry all this happened this morning. but my questions is what grounds would you make your lawsuit over?

If evidence comes out showing that there was no thrid party buyer does everyone who bought bih for the buyout divi get to join in and sue the living crappola out of baron/bihc/ingala/galo?
