the way I see it


Account size $3.11M

January return: 1.86%

January Revs: $57846

Annual Revs (projected): $694152

PPS before split, neglecting conversion:

=Annual Revs x 10 / 5billion shares (pre-conversion)

=694152 x 10/ 5e9

=0.001388

PPS after split, neglecting conversion: $0.243

This is approximately 1.2 x 0.175


My guess is they didn't want to split until they had numbers to estimate revenues.

In the end, I think converting or not converting, either way is okay.

Assuming no more dilution, and that the pps reaches fair value.

All my opinions. please do the math for yourself and let me know if I made an error, as I did this really quickly.
