Ron Paul's bone fides are on his website if you care to find out who he is.

I hope you not so naive to believe for one minute that just because you personally didn't get fined, that the legislation isn't in place for the government to do so if they wanted to burn your butt.

It's prolly part of the Patriot Act, but since I believe him on this and you don't, why don't you email him and ask him for the HB # of the bill that covered the legislation?
