My suspicion is that we'll PIPE and reverse split, just to appear 'sound' and stay out of pink sheet territory. I believe we'll quickly (weeks) slide/sink into the below 5 cent/share territory (at today's outstanding shares), and then slowly fade into oblivion, where no one cares anymore....all but the few forever faithful...bless their believing hearts!
