This stock is showing the classical 'swan dive form' of a company heading towards collapse. Even with a devastating PIPE (which will happen!), the end is inevitable!

Unfortunately, I am all too familiar with this phenomenan, having 'invested' in several low price stocks that followed this exact pattern. You 'hang on', convinced things will get better, and they never do!

The next sign to look for is the gradual desertion of the horn blowers and die hard supporters. Most boards have a 'leader of the pack'....once he/she stops posting....the fat lady begins to sing!

Such a shame....exceedingly promising technology, extremely mismanaged business plan.

For me it's been 10 years of overly optimistic hope, disappointment...blind faith and lots of slow pain. I have learned an expensive lesson!
