No they are drilling, They knew 100% prosecution and jail time would result if they said they were drilling etc and were not doing so. They are safe on that.


My question is, What do you call a Company that continually makes statements and does NOT follow up on them? Saying a paydate announcment is being released on a set date for a divi and then NOTHING>? Like it is NO big deal? well lets chaulk it up to the ole saying "it is just a pinksheet'. No big deal right? hhmm...
