Ugly so the buyer is not supposed to make a profit to? He buys in now so he can make that profit when 500 million. That is why they see the big future that can make them a big profit. We might not make $'s per share with the plan but the way people have no patience most will be happy with making nice gain now.

Let big player then take this to 500 million. They will make a lot of money. That is why they want in and willing to pay reasonable amount now.
