The company has not released any updates regarding its financial position since the 3rd quarter earnings call, nor any comments related to the stock price. Many companies have been impacted unfavorably in the automotive industry as of late. We have taken additional actions in response to the overall credit crisis: reducing our work force, capital expenditures and other discretionary spending. We are in the process of amending our credit agreement at the current time. Our revolver remains intact and there have been no restrictions to our access.
In reference to the buy back of shares, our credit agreement prohibits the company from buying back shares or the unsecured bonds.
