OK Folks, here's the score. I went to the office. It was not open. The delivery notices were gone, so somebody has been there.

I spoke to a gentlemen at the business directly behind in the same building. He stated that they had some lay offs just before Christmas. He also said that he had seen "Hector" and "Sarah" in the office from time to time since then.

I then spoke to the landlord Mike Yonker. Mike stated that they are still in business and the rent is paid to date. He also stated that they shut the office down temporarily to save cash, but were still doing business on the web-site. He also said as far as he knows they still have a fortune in intellectual property. He gave me his E-mail so we can keep in touch.

So, all and all not to bad in my HO. I'm buying more when I can free up some cash.
