I mean if you really think about it not much has changed...

There still is IWS, Ezee Debt, cash assets etc

He still plans on going to the exchange and just told us that he is taking us to Canada!

In all honestly the board has been debating the up list from day one.. we never really knew what company was going it has all been speculation.

He came out and clarified the situation, told us how he was doing it and what exchange he was going to.

And how can Mr Hess already be the director if we haven't found a shell. If we can't get to the exchange who cares about Mr. Hess but if we do he is on board. The more I think about the situation I do feel a little better.

Though I think Gene could have handled it a little better
