Just maybe this is the MMs covering because of "Accordingly, we have engaged forensic auditors,..."? As to the PR being the same, I believe there are hundred of companies that have been affected by illegal shorting & I know that some of these companies have started working together to combat it. Thus the same type of PR. IMHO
