Rstbns--Nolan has reason to celebrate. uWink investors purchased three uWink restaurants, which will continue to support him and his family. That's a pretty damn nice birthday gift that investors bought for the Nolan family. Personally, I hope all three restaurants go bankrupt.

I used to have a great deal of respect for Nolan, but this non-reporting business combined with giving investors an indeterminate ownership percentage of the "software" company stinks to high heaven.

This is Nolan looking out for Nolan, and the investors be damned!

The SEC should be looking into this sham company!
