e-ore: You may want to check your Nevada site again. According to the link you provided, it says "Par Share Count: 2,000,000,000". It says absolutely nothing about "one class of stock". That's your mis-interpretation.

The fact of the matter is that there are 1B common shares and 1B preferred shares as per the DEF14C Filing in July '07.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1132487/000115752307006517/americhip_def14c.htm

(4) The amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of common stock to 1,000,000,000, par value $.00001 and establish a class of preferred shares, totaling 1,000,000,000, par value $.00001, was ratified

All subsequent Qs and Ks list the common A/S as 1B. The Nevada site publishes the aggregate of Preferred and Common.
