The 10k is not as important as an update on the current business plan, IMO.
Let's face it, nothing much had happened to this shell as of 12/31/08.

Now if they are currently working on "opportunities", then maybe something very positive is in the works and can be announced separately from the 10k if they want to.

Obviously, my patience with this shell is shot. LOL
Next month, this nightmare (up to this point it is, IMO) will have started a year ago for me. This is the last pinkie that I buy and hold overnight.
