There is a very key point in that email that all of you need to read carefully. It is the following :

I am disappointed with Pilgrim but we have lots of assets and you will see this information very soon on the 10K of Arcland.

Read that very closely. From that statement anything good from Pilgrim will be posted to Arcland. And all the assets will be posted to Arcland. Which shows that the first and possibly only one to benefit at this time will be the Arcland shareholders not Pilgrim.

This makes me believe that my past statement is going to be closer to reality which is they will pump ACLY up as much as they can and dilute it to fund the buyout from PGPM. Not allowing the news to effect the current price of PGPM making it cheap for them to buy it out.

But only time will tell and whenever that 10-K and everything else comes out we will know more.
