Hi John,

The status of our Yogen Patent is that we submit a PCT application which will protect our rights for another 18 months (until the middle of 2010). You should also be noted that we did not get any comments yet from the US patent Office Department and it is very good. The PCT application is going to protect us world wide.

Regards my trip to the USA, the main goal is to have a serious negotiations with potential distributors for our products and of course meetings with brokers. If you have another q please do not hesitate to contact me anytime.
