IMO no reverse split...20/1 reverse split occurred to move forward with business plan....old company lacked legit audit,disclosure,dirty shell,never even had a checking account..etc....AMNE is a new company that has nothing to do with oil and gas.Some posters,will NEVER move on.....IMO your at the right place right time...right company
