chuckerfmfla... IMO Friday's drop was a result of the SEC 424B3. A few of the traders on Investors Hub were in the stock just prior to the report coming out. One of the traders named "Omnitrader" uses realtime fillings for SEC reports so the minute the report came out... I think he and the rest bailed at that point. I'm not sure how many shares they were buying but there was a lot of shares traded on Friday. I don't know enough about the recent filings to be able to tell what exactly is happening, but some dilution in the increased number of shares comes to mind.

I've been with CYPT since around .13 cents, went through the thing with ourstreet sold all my shares. I've been buying the stock since then and now I'm looking forward to good things.
