That's ok in theory yet XP has ended up at price parity with Celeron despite it justifying its ratings against P4B. To expect Sempron to maintain this while gaining 300 PR points (XP 2500+ = Sempron 2800+) is a gamble, pure and sample. Maybe I will be proved wrong but it looks to me like a looming trainwreck.
Have a look at these two Celeron D reviews and see what you think paying particular attention to the gaming benches where retail buying decisions are often clinched.
