For those of you who are sure the SEC is going to come to SPNGs' rescue in regards to the NSS theory..ya might want to turn on CNBC.
The Madoff whistleblower is taking to task the SEC for their failure...all in all his efforts are getting little recognition.
As he says...there is little risk in committing fraud.

So, those SEC knights that folks are waiting on to come riding in on white stallions...in reality are most unlikely to show up and if they do..they'll be riding backwards on blind donkeys...
