According to the previous owners, Mr. Stratton bought 250 million shares. They would not disclose the price but I would guess between $30,000 and $50,000.

Based on my estimation, I think it is too early to bail on this P/D because the total dollar amount traded since the pump started is only about $150,000 - much of which is flipping.

If this is a P/D it seems hardly worth the effort for just a double or so.

Also according to the previous owners Stratton's shares are restricted from sale for a period of time.
