MAYBE those 25 million are only now being bought way down here? It would not surprise me. Dilute then buy 'em back cheaper. He is a smart man. He has been in this arena before. He knows what he is doing. He'll change this some day so it does not operate like a 'pink'. Just not 'changing' it today. LOL
