gee Walker, don't you realize by now that "playing for time" is another of the penny stock MOs????......that the longer they can stall, the better for them (I'll let you think about why this is so).....no news is bad news in penny-land, because if they had a SHRED of something positive to say, they sure would promote it (some of Herda's past communications are infamous, such as "applauding" the President's speech, announcing hazy "kickoffs", shiny new and mysterious Philadelphia offices, etc, etc).....and just because they SAY something will happen in X amount of time, it doesn't mean a hill of beans.....
really, when was the last time something here happened on their stated schedule?????......
PS: remember my prediction, they will no longer be "fully reporting" sometime by end of year, if things go in the usual pattern of a penny stock implosion.....of course, they might yet prove me wrong, but I fail to see how staying in OTCBB compliance has any further value for Co insiders.....and who will buy enough stock to keep funding the Co operations, such as filings, or paying new Officers, now that credibility is totally destroyed after the IA buyout fiasco (a nice finishing touch to all their other deceptions)....
