Otherwise, isn't it more logical to assume a company with no revenues and ungagged TA and AS of 5 billion...well, I don't need to finish this do I?

Especially after we heard no dilution no dilution, then OS increased by factor of 10 between Dec 2007 until TA was gagged in July 2008...
