THIS IS SPECULATION, but if you read between the lines one might suggest that the proposed joint venture with ENGGA may be something more than local (China). Welwind could possibly be working with ENGGA to supply turbines for BC and Alberta? Otherwise why mention the turbine industry.

They still sound “hot” for China wind energy and are pushing ahead with Zhanjiang construction. If so we should hear something soon.

It may be their just trying to put on a happy face with this release, or things are coming together as planned. Hopefully their focus on North America results in news in the not too distant future.

I think just a little more patients is in order.
