I know it isn't a handgun, but I would like some input from the experts. A friend lost his job and offered me two rifles from his collection. The first is a Weatherby Mark V (made in Japan by Howa) in 7mm Weatherby magnum. The second is a Browning Acera in .30-06. The Browning is a straight pull bold action, similar to the Blaser. He needed $1100 to make his mortgage payment. I bought them both.
First, I know the Mark V is a really good deal, but I had never seen one of the Aceras. Any thoughts?
