Let me clarify my earlier conversation with Emily. Emily stated that the original filing was done incorrectly- I assume she is referring to the AS, and that Peter is now waiting for the most appropriate time to ammend it. This leads me to conclude that there is something going on behind the scenes whereby keeping the filing unchanged at this point somehow is positive for this company going forward. I will leave it up to other board members to divine just what that may be.
