Wrong... per their last PR:
"At this time, the Company does plan to appeal the delisting from Nasdaq.".

They will receive an extension and have time to work out the plans for the future/shareholders. It's a no brainer... weak hands and MMs lowering the price. Looking to buy more if it goes any lower. GLTA
