Yeah, I've heard rumor that scottrade is usually one of the major shorters for pinks. This may be the reason for the delay. TDA also has the same stipulation about documentation from the T/A, but they are already listing shares. The difference between the two is that TDA does not allow shorting of pinks while scottrade does. Could spell trouble for those using scottrade on this one if they were sold short shares (not implying they shorted intentionally, but the seller may have)
