after reading your last post I called and talked with Terry.

He doesn't avoid questions or talk around them, so if you have questions just call.

This is what I gathered from our conversation:


The acquisition has not yet been completed, but should be shortly. At the moment the only way to finance anything is through issuing shares, though he is looking into other financing routes, these days lenders are not lending to much

I didn't have much time and may call him back later this week.

In my opinion the additinal shares that have been added to date isn't that bad, but how much more is needed is the question.
