Unfortunately for us they are heading to pinks for failing to file during the 30 day grace period.imo Can't understand how a 12M dollar company can't find a way to get this done.

There is more to this story for sure and my only choice is to hold till the end.Currently down 90% on this and will not be averaging down till/if they file.
