Well that is true but this wasnt like a rumor going around about a merger it was the CEO putting out a PR stating "The Company intends to execute a value added business combination and we are confident that we will be able to close a transaction very soon, hopefully by month end."

Then we never heard peep from him til year and half later this dec when the RS was done after i would guess he diluted the heck out of it cause the the float and all was supposedly 6m way back then.
