The fact that first AMD 90 nm Oakwilles started to pop up in late June and they seems to be real commercial packages rather than engineering samles let me to speculate that:

1. First mobile 90 nm A64 (Oakwille) is about to be released, maybe just in few weeks

2. It comes from IBM. Indeed, AMD started fab30 90 nm conversion in early May and we see first production chips apparently in the channel just 7 weeks later. They are not from fab30.
