My guess is that people realized there is a big issue with LTC's sales/revenue. (Maybe delayed until 2010 or 2011; possiblity)
Which is why people are dumping their shares.

I don't think shorting is a big problem, I have followed the short numbers in the past and shorting wasn't really an issue.
The short numbers were relatively small.

I hope this doesn't go sub-penny.
