I agree that their PRs have been a bit premature. Assuming that they now understand the issues created by premature PRs, I find the following very specififc statement in the update interesting:

Shannon de Delley, Director of Welwind, stated that ``... We anticipate commencing construction ontime at the end of the first quarter.''

How could they - in good faith - make this speciifc statement about construction commencing in 2 months if they aren't fairly certain that everything is in place (final PPA pricing terms, financing) to begin? Are they shooting from the hip with this statement, or will we see another news release with more positive meat that elaborates on this statement? I'm hoping its the latter.
