I'm disappointed as well. Not because the Nangxia discussion fell apart but because of the way WWEI management handled its PR from the beginning.
Though I dont doubt the management's Intention, they run around issuing PRs just the way High School Teenagers fall in love. Fall in love and then suddenly realise that they fell either for the wrong person or they said yes a bit too soon. In short,impetuous,impulsive and reckless.
No one expected anything on the lines of "Ningxia Electric Power Corp" and they could have shielded the whole discussion from the public by not issuing a PR till the deal was signed. This behaviour/attitude has been consistent over the last 16 months - remember that the PPA was due in 2007 Nov and is killing the PPS.
Having that said, I still have not lost hope. As long as the PPAs for the Zhanjiang and Yangxi project comes through we should be good.
"Ningxia Electric Power Corp" was never in their website. So, what are they updating when there is nothing left to update? Wonder when the website will be backup.
