There must be something interesting being announced soon if the 10Q is taking this long. IMO.

At first it was expected mid-January and then the latest from N.L. on the 26th said update soon and 10Q was almost done. Looks like they still needed another week even after that update.

So either there is really something of positive substance coming soon or Mr. Locke is just the type who throws dates out here without really caring if he meets them. As though he/we have all the time in the world.
I hope it's the former....
