Mr. Bill Hess - The wording in the PR was incorrect!IMO It should have said "Mr. Hess (QC) was previously the President and CEO of the Canadian Venture Exchange (now the TSX Venture Exchange), and not "Mr. Hess is former President of the Toronto Stock Exchange".
