Age 16 I began teaching tennis to kids (groups 4) all day long in the summer on a private court at someone's home. I took home 90% of the money giving 10% to the home owner. Each kid paid $10/hr...so my take was $36/hr & I taught anywhere's from 5-6 hrs/day approx 3-4 days/week.

Not bad for 16 y.o. & back in the late 70's that was some serious dough for a 16 yr old to be walkin 'round town with. 30 odd yrs later & I'm worse off....lol
