Bulldog as invited all shareholders to an after shareholders meeting: Check it out on the RB board and RB HQNTPROFIT board
Invitation
We understand the frustration of the board posters and many shareholders we have spoken with regarding their views of H-Quotient, Inc. and management. A formal shareholders' meeting is not the place or time for the shareholders' to talk among themselves, but it is a place to listen, view and learn from managment. We expect to receive information and view a demonstration of our products. It is important that the management is given the time to review the past operations and present opportunities of Hqnt, without any disruption of shareholders' talking among themselves during the meeting.
We think that there should be an opportunity for shareholders to meet and discuss among themselves what has been presented at the shareholders meeting, without an agenda. The get-together after the shareholders meeting should not be subject to control of H-Quotient or management, but should be informal and free-flowing. Management and employees of Hqnt are encouraged to attend, but no one is required to attend.
Therefore:
Bulldog Financial, Inc., my son's company, invites each of you and any others interested in discussing matters of interest to a get-together:
Place: Salon Foyer of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, 1700 Tyson's Blvd., McLean, Va. 22102.
Time: 6 to 8 p. m. EDT (shortly after the shareholders' meeting.)
Date: July 12, 2004 (regardless if the shareholders' meeting is cancelled.)
Open bar, beverages and Hors d'ouerves will be provided.
There is no cover fee or cost to attend.
