Depending on the rate and amount of shares converted pursuant to our outstanding convertible debt, the number of outstanding shares my vary daily, or more frequently, intra-day. We provide public updates of the number of shares outstanding with each quarterly statement of earnings. The next release for the 4th quarter and year-end 2008 is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2009.
