Any jury trial will not occur in 2009, and I'd expect mid to late 2010 to be more realistic. There are many critical preliminary issues to be resolved first, and Toyota has yet to even engage in the delaying and offensive strategies employed through utilizing the PTO.

Sorry, that's the way I see things, but then I don't expect this to ever get to day one of a trial.
