1) In my opinion, MM's will buy and sell shares of RCCH as it rises in price, both to make $$ and to also bank shares at the same time. This way they are able to make money by shorting a stock down to cellar and also by being a part of a run. It will only matter on the amount of time they have available to do this.
2) Sell for a price that makes you happy before the uplist. You will have to use that $$ to buy back in again on new exchange, if you still desire. Hopefully, we will all be able to take some over.

This is only my opinion and speculation, GLTA
