Chinese contempt for intellectual property rights...
Look at the bright side: the Chinese rights, where Endostatin is in a Phase 3 study without any attempt to license it, have already been sold to a Taiwanese company. If significant results are reported in these trials, it would increase the value of Endostatin in the rest of the world, where at least a minor part of the opportunity still belongs to Entremed. If significant results are never obtained, then licensing is a moot point.
