The planned sales that the insiders have been making have been assumed to be for the benefit of the company. Why would we think that? They said in the meeting (and a couple of board members have confirmed) that the company has enough money, though they did come out days later and announce through an email that they were looking to do a private placement. At no time has the company EVER said that the insider sales were for the benefit of the company.

Therefore...

we have to assume (again) that the insiders are selling for their own benefit. Why do that? Why sell shares this quarter if you honestly believe that the shares are going to be worth so much more in the following quarters? Do they know something we don't?

The company says one minute that they have enough cash and the next thing you know they are pulling another private placement out. Which is it? There are too many head scratches taking place among shareholders in regard to the cash situation. We need to know the facts about where the company stands with money and whether they have enough to continue.
