The ceo has said no need for an rs and that was after he said we will be uplisting. Considering we have not been lied to about anything else I don't see why Gene would lie about this. The company is not dumping shares so why would Gene trick investors into buying up shares from the mm's before an rs when it would not benifit the company and would have no affect on the uplist? Look at the board that has been put together, big things coming and shareholders being dropped off a cliff is not one of them.
